Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Convio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your internal business or personal use in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your device, login credentials, and account access secure. You agree not to misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

The Application may use third-party infrastructure and analytics services required for operation, diagnostics, and improvement of the service. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy notices.

The Application requires an auto-renewable subscription and may include a free trial for eligible users. Convio may offer monthly and annual subscription options. The exact subscription title, trial availability and duration, billing period, included features, and current price will always be shown in the Application and in the relevant app marketplace before you confirm your subscription.

On iOS, if no free trial applies, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. On Android, if no free trial applies, payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial applies, you authorize the selected subscription when you confirm it, and the account associated with the relevant marketplace will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the price shown at the time of renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings on iOS or in your Google Play account settings on Android after purchase.

If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase or activate a subscription, where applicable. Refunds are handled by the marketplace through which the purchase was made, in accordance with that marketplace's terms and policies.

The Application requires an active internet connection. We are not responsible for limitations caused by the absence of connectivity, device compatibility issues, unsupported operating system versions, or third-party platform outages.

If you use the Application on a mobile network, roaming or data charges from your carrier may apply. You are responsible for those charges.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application from time to time. We may also restrict or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep the service reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your use of the Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described there.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page and will take effect on the date shown below unless stated otherwise.
