Registration and Login
How do I create an account in the Convio app?
After downloading the app, you can create an account in two ways:
An account is needed so your data can be securely stored and synchronized between devices.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login screen, click "Forgot password". You will receive a password reset link in your email inbox.
Projects and Issues
How do I create a new project?
After logging into the app, click "New Project". Fill in the basic project information and then you can record all issues in it.
How do I record an issue?
Simply click "Create Issue" in the selected project. Fill in the problem description, you can add a photo and assign it to a category you create yourself.
Can I organize issues?
Yes. Issues can be sorted into custom categories. This gives you a clear overview of the problem type, its severity, and resolution status.
Exports and Sharing
What exports can I generate?
Convio allows you to export issue lists and project data to formats such as:
Excel (XLSX)
CSV
XML
This way you can easily share data with colleagues, suppliers, or investors.
How to export a project or issues?
In the bottom menu, click the "Export" option. Fill in the filter and select the format. Depending on complexity, you will receive a file directly to your device or to your email inbox.
Offline Mode and Synchronization
Does the app work without internet?
What happens after connecting to the internet?
All your changes and new records are automatically synchronized with the server. You don't need to do anything extra.
